The Centro Atletico Badminton Centre, the Ateneo of Manila University and the University of De La Salle organized a UAAP 82 women’s badminton tournament championship meeting. The defendants, Ateneo, required only three games to stop and secure their second consecutive championship appearances at the National University (NU). La Salle scored a blowout over University of the East Wednesday to assure theirs of a playoff for the twice-to-beat rank in the UAAP women’s volleyball at FilOil Flying V Center.
