Gasoline prices up, diesel and kerosene down on Tuesday

Diesel and kerosene will be rolled back amidst pump prices of gasoline will increase for the fourth consecutive week prior Tuesday. Pilipinas Shell Petroleum Corp. announced it will hike the prices per liter of gasoline by P0.10, while it will cut diesel by P0.10 and kerosene by P0.35 in a public advisory.

Price changes takes effect by 6 a.m. on Tuesday, March 5th. Other firms have yet to announce any adjustments as of posting time.

Named oil firms, Eastern Petroleum Corp. and Petro Gazz will implement comparable price changes yet excluding kerosene which they do not carry.

Latest shown data acquired from the Department of Energy (DOE), gas prices in the country at present range from P45.14 to P60.79, diesel from P41.50 to P50.33, and kerosene from P45.25 to P53.93.
